New Horizon Academy is proud to partner with Minnesota Children’s Museum to support early childhood learning and play, and to be the sponsor of the museum’s recently refreshed Sprouts exhibit.
The Sprouts exhibit is one of 11 unique gallery spaces at Minnesota Children’s Museum and is featured inside the newly named New Horizon Academy Gallery. Designed especially for children ages 3 and under, the exhibit offers space for babies and toddlers to explore at their own pace, use their imaginations, and gain independence in a safe and playful environment made just for them.
“We are proud to support Minnesota Children’s Museum and its mission of sparking children’s learning through play,” said Chad Dunkley, CEO of New Horizon Academy. “The earliest years of a child’s life are filled with discovery, and we’re excited to support a space and organization that creates opportunities where young children can explore, play and learn alongside their families.”
The Sprouts exhibit recently reopened following updates that were completed to enhance the experience for the museum’s youngest visitors. The refreshed space encourages children to explore, engage their senses and discover new ways to learn and play. The updates include new opportunities for sensory exploration, a woodland-themed book nook, a light and shadow play area, a refreshed water table, and an updated look throughout the gallery.
Leaders from New Horizon Academy and Minnesota Children’s Museum celebrated the reopening of the exhibit with a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 25, 2026. The Sprouts exhibit in the New Horizon Academy Gallery is now open and ready for families to discover. Visit https://mcm.org for museum information and tickets.
