Jill Dunkley Named 2026 Women in Business Award Honoree
Our own Jill Dunkley is a 2026 Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Women in Business Award winner. The program honors the Twin Cities’ most influential women, including industry-leading executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Jill is executive vice president and general counsel at New Horizon Academy and has been a part of our family for more than 25 years.
Jill co-leads the strategic vision of the company and identifies key initiatives for growth and advocacy for ensuring all children have access to high-quality early learning experiences, regardless of their location or family’s circumstances.
She oversees the philanthropic mission at New Horizon Academy to support children’s health and growth. New Horizon Academy’s internal volunteering and service-learning program, Caring Beyond the Classroom, is embedded into our culture and teaches children and employees empathy, gratitude, and service through hands-on community projects. Jill and our entire team help strengthen communities and promote social responsibility, kindness, and compassion towards others.
