Welcome to the St. Paul – York Avenue New Horizon Academy! Our school is located in the Payne–Phalen neighborhood between I-35E and US-61 and has been serving St. Paul children and families since 2018. We are one of six New Horizon Academy daycares in St. Paul, Minnesota. With beautiful classrooms, highly trained teachers, rigorous health and safety procedures, and national accreditations, we know your family will feel right at home at New Horizon Academy! Our St. Paul early childhood center has two infant childcare rooms, one infant-toddler transition room, two toddler childcare rooms, five preschool and pre-kindergarten rooms, and one school-age room. I was hesitant to send my son to daycare when he was a year old but I got pregnant again and was going to need to work to support my family. I toured one daycare before New Horizon Academy and still felt uneasy about enrolling him in a center. I went to New Horizon Academy on York Avenue for a tour and left knowing I would be putting him in this center. The staff care for him like he’s their own. Now he walks into daycare and actually closes the door on me and his dad to leave! My 3 month old is also attending now and I have had no concerns! We pick them both up with clean diapers and smiles on their faces. We can’t wait to watch how they grow within this center!

My kids go to the York Ave New Horizon Academy and I love it! The teachers are awesome and the director is amazing. I’m so glade they transferred to this school! I also love the indoor gym they have in this facility as well!
