Our school is located in the Plymouth Oaks neighborhood, off Interstate 494 and Rockford Road, and has been serving Plymouth children and families since 1991. I am married and have 3 grown boys; I have lived in Minnesota since 2000. I enjoy traveling, horseback riding, motorcycle rides with my husband, spending time out on our boat, and going on walks with our dog.

I have an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education with a minor in Literacy. I also have a Master of Education in Literacy. I have passion for our youngest learners and love sharing my joy of reading. I see myself as a lifelong learner and hope to instill that in all the children I get to work with!

As a father of twin boys, I was always skeptical of daycares. My fiancé and I decided to take a chance on New Horizon Academy, and it’s been the best decision we’ve ever made for our kids. They’ve provided the best care for infants, toddlers, and beyond and are always attentive, especially when it comes to kids’ fun and safety. My boys have the best time here and the staff is like a second family. My kids will continue to go here until they are ready to move on to kindergarten!

We’ve enjoyed our time at New Horizon Academy in Plymouth. The staff take great care of the kids and are well organized throughout their day. We were hesitant to start preschool but I’m happy we did here. I know my son is safe and having an enriching experience. The teachers all genuinely care about their students and our little guy.
