Assistant Director

Salary: $46,000/year

Individuals interested in joining our team as an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR should possess strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and professionally with children, parents, and coworkers with the desire to build their career with a family-owned, growing company!

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year’ experience in a childcare setting
AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
Previous childcare experience in Idaho is preferred but not required
Organization/Detail-orientated
Self-motivated
Reliable
Able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment
Be able to effectively and professionally communicate with staff, children, and families
