How to Make Baby Trail Mix
Baby trail mix is an easy, no-cook recipe that is perfect for infants and toddlers. It’s also easy to customize to fit your child’s preferences or ingredient availability.
Ingredients:
- Very Berry Cheerios (or any baby-safe cereal of choice)
- Yogurt Melts
- Freeze Dried Strawberries
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir. The trail mix won’t require a significant amount of vigorous mixing; instead, just give it some gentle stirring and tossing until all ingredients are sufficiently blended Cover and store in a cool, dry place.
This is also a fun and easy recipe to make with older infants or toddlers. Your child will love dumping the ingredients into the bowl and mixing them together. You may even be able to incorporate sensory play, counting exercises, or color recognition into the experience!
