Early Childhood Managers in Training (ECMTs) support the daily operations of childcare centers while building the skills needed for future leadership roles. Working alongside Directors and Assistant Directors, you assist with responsibilities such as family engagement, candidate interviews, and classroom instruction to ensure a well-rounded understanding of center management. Through hands-on experience across multiple locations, you develop knowledge of early childhood best practices and diverse leadership styles while helping create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s growth and independence. With a focus on quality and consistency, you contribute to implementing programs aligned with organizational goals and accreditation standards, supporting strong relationships with staff and families and preparing for future management opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Desire to be a leader at a NHA school
•  BA or is actively working towards a Bachelors degree
• Director certified per state as required

• Excels at building strong relationships within the school community
• Serves as a trusted coach and mentor for the team
