Welcome to our daycare and early learning center in Parker, Colorado! New Horizon Academy Parker opened in February 2024 and has since been serving families in Parker and surrounding areas with quality childcare and education. Located conveniently off South Chambers Road and East Hess Road, learning programs are available for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, including infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten options. Each classroom utilizes a comprehensive curriculum incorporating STEAM, reading, social-emotional learning, motor development, school readiness, and more. As I was growing up, I admired the passion my mom brought to her work with children with special needs. She made a meaningful difference in their lives, and I was inspired to make the same kind of impact. After graduating, I began substituting at the school where she worked, supporting children with special needs while continuing my own education. I earned my associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and never looked back. I have now worked in early childhood for over 27 years, and have served as a director for more than 10.

I have lived in Colorado since 2000 and enjoy the vibrant community and beautiful landscapes the state has to offer. My wife and I have been happily married since 2018, and we are proud parents to our son who is a New Horizon Academy Scholar. Since 2020, I have been serving as a director, demonstrating my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in the early childhood education field.

I love seeing the potential in children. Early childhood is less about who a child already is and more about who they’re becoming. Supporting children’s confidence, kindness, and resilience early on can influence a lifetime.

I cannot recommend this daycare establishment for your child enough! I had been looking for the best childcare for over 3 months all around Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Parker, and Lone Tree when I finally found New Horizon Academy. When I first walked in, it wasn’t even open yet, but I could tell it was best out of all the centers I visited. Since the first day, my son has loved it and I’ve been impressed with the great staff as well as all the toys for children’s development. Overall, I love this center and recommend it to everyone.
I cannot thank New Horizon Academy Parker enough for all of the love and care that they provide to my daughter each and every day. I am confident that all the students are safe when they are at this school. The teachers here are positive, kind professionals who are trained in early childhood development and provide quality curriculum and instruction, along with guidance and support in helping students reach their developmental milestones. I love that they spend a significant amount of time outside as well! Additionally, the menu of foods that is offered is healthy, varied, and encourages kids to try new foods.
