New Horizon Academy Minneapolis-Marquette is located conveniently in the Churchill Apartments, off 1st Street and Marquette Avenue in the downtown west neighborhood of Minneapolis. As one of six New Horizon Academy locations in Minneapolis, we have been serving families in the Twin Cities with quality childcare and early education services since 1989. Our school offers learning programs for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, including infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten options. At our Minneapolis childcare, we use a comprehensive curriculum that includes character development, STEAM, literacy, motor skills, and more, all with an emphasis on building confident and excited learners. New Horizon Academy Marquette is amazing! The facility is kept clean. The staff there are wonderful and very loving towards the children. I’ve sent all 3 of my kids to this location, and they transitioned from each class from 6 weeks and up. I’ve moved a few times in the past causing me to find closer childcare but always found myself coming back to New Horizon Academy and we are always welcomed back with open arms. 20/10 recommend!
This is a wonderful daycare! They’ve taken such good care of our 11 month old since she started daycare at 6 months. The teachers are excellent and really care about the kids. I love getting all the updates and pictures of our baby throughout the day on my phone. They feed her delicious meals and snacks each day, and she seems very well cared for. On holidays, they often do little craft projects that they send home to parents. It’s very sweet. I’m so glad we chose this daycare!

We LOVE New Horizon Academy Marquette for our 13 month old son. We truly could not be more pleased with the loving care he receives from his teachers. The leadership is great as well. His teachers have been consistent. We receive frequent updates during the day and they seamlessly accommodate me coming to feed him in the mother’s room. We are always welcome to stop in and are greeted with a warm welcome. Highly recommend!
