The Chanhassen, Minnesota New Horizon Academy is conveniently located at the intersection of Highway 5 and Great Plains Boulevard, near Rice Marsh Lake Park. Our Chanhassen daycare opened in 1989, is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and holds a four-star rating from Minnesota Parent Aware. Our Chanhassen childcare center offers infant daycare, toddler daycare, preschool, and pre-kindergarten programs for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. All of our childcare classrooms utilize an age-appropriate curriculum, which incorporates reading, STEAM, social-emotional learning, and more to prepare children for kindergarten and life beyond! I live in LeSueur with my husband Andy. We enjoy going to Minnesota Twins games both here in MN and following the team to other stadiums. Our goal is to see every stadium! I also enjoy going to my nephew’s hockey games. I’m always up for a new adventure!

Our family has had an absolutely amazing daycare experience, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose the New Horizon Academy Chanhassen location. They have fantastic staff who routinely go above and beyond in caring for our children. Also, since staff retention is high, it has been wonderful to see our younger children have all the same teachers as our older child. New Horizon Academy Chanhassen is part of our family! Our daughter has been going there since she was 3 months old. The amazing infant room teachers helped her reach so many milestones, and now that she’s in the young toddler room, she has learned even more. I can’t believe all of the animal sounds, body parts, and words she now knows. If you are looking for a loving and caring school to send your kiddos to, NHA Chanhassen is the place to go. Aside from the amazing staff, the building is clean and smaller, so all of the teachers get to know all of the kids.
