Awards and Accolades
I was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA and moved here 17 years ago. I have worked for New Horizon Academy for 16 years. In my time at here, I have had the pleasure of teaching school age kids, pre-k, preschool threes, and have also worked at three of the six Idaho locations. I have over 25 years of experience working with children. I am currently working towards my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. I am a mother of four beautiful children who have all attended NHA with me since they were 6 weeks old. My 3- and 5-year-old are still attending. I am so excited to be a part of the Salvation Army – New Horizon Academy family and getting to know you all.
