Our school has been serving Blaine, Circle Pines, Ham Lake, and surrounding area families since 2006, and has two infant rooms, two toddler rooms, and four preschool and pre-kindergarten rooms. I love watching my kids compete in their activities they are passionate about. I enjoy hiking and exploring outdoors, anything Taylor Swift related, reading, and playing with all the dogs I meet!

I love seeing the way young children look at the world, building strong bonds with the children and their families, and being part of a special group of people who want to make a positive impact on children’s lives.

Our school has an incredible director and lots of long-term teachers who love what they do. Our teachers are trained in Conscious Discipline, as our school is a lab school for the social-emotional learning curriculum. We also have so many educators who have been named “Teacher of Distinction” and/or “Educator of Excellence”. And last but not least, we have incredible kids and families who have become a part of our school family.

Best decision I made for daycare! My daughter has been going to the Blaine location since she was an infant, and she just turned 5. It has been great. The center is ALWAYS clean, the kids are always happy, and the staff is always friendly. Not one day have I been worried about leaving my daughter there, or been concerned about the care she is receiving. I am kept up to date each day on the fun activities they are doing, what they are eating, and the new things they are learning. This center is full of staff who truly want to be there and love their jobs, and it really shows. I would 1000% recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care for their children.

We love this place so much! Our Blaine daycare center is open Monday-Friday every day with the exception of nine holidays:
*On Christmas Eve, New Horizon Academy closes at 3:00 p.m.
*If one of these holidays falls on a weekend, it will be observed on either Friday or Monday.
*Our school will remain open during inclement weather to ensure children still have access to quality childcare.

Yes! At New Horizon Academy Blaine, we have an on-site cook trained in nutrition, USDA guidelines, and proper portions for young children. Our school provides nutritious and nourishing meals every day including breakfast, lunch, and snack. All meals are included in the cost of tuition.
