Our school is located conveniently in Richfield, Minnesota, in the Best Buy Corporate Headquarters off of Penn Avenue. We have been serving families in Richfield with quality child care and early education services since 2003. Our school has six infant rooms, four toddler rooms, and six preschool rooms. We use a convenient electronic communication tool in each classroom to connect with our families throughout the day. Our comprehensive curriculum includes character development, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math), sign language, and more, all with an emphasis on building confident learners. After growing up in Richfield and then living abroad, I am happy to be living in Burnsville. I have two adult children and four grandchildren. I practice yoga, love being outdoors, and enjoy spending time with my family.

I am originally from Upper Michigan and moved to Minnesota in 2003. New Horizon Academy – Best Buy is the only center I have worked at, and I love it! My two children also went to New Horizon Academy from infancy through preschool. They still talk about their great experience!

We have absolutely loved our time (4 years and counting) at New Horizon Academy - Best Buy! The staff are all so knowledgeable and well trained. I’ve felt so comfortable leaving my daughters with them since day one and know they take great care of them. The directors are so approachable along with all of the teachers to help talk through any transitions or issues. I’ve had many conversations with them all even just about what I can do better as a parent and have felt very supported through every conversation about my girls. I can't think of a better place to start the learning and development of my girls than here!
