Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant is an entry-level role that provides essential administrative and project support across all areas of the marketing department. This position provides support in executing and coordinating marketing initiatives, assisting the team with a variety of tasks across the marketing department. The role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow in marketing while supporting the team’s strategies and day-to-day operations. The Marketing Assistant focuses on implementation, organization, and coordination rather than leading marketing strategy or serving as the primary owner of marketing channels.
Our desired candidate will have a positive attitude and integrity, a strong desire to learn and grow, and excel at effectively managing deadlines while delivering high-quality results. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both oral and written) through all levels of New Horizon Academy is very important as is developing cooperative working relationships. As each day is different, flexibility and problem-solving skills are also critical to the position.
