Using cotton balls and food coloring, your child will bring out their creativity to create a unique snowflake of their own to be displayed during the holiday season.
How to Make Rainbow Cotton Ball Snowflakes
Supplies Needed
- Cotton Balls*
- Eye Droppers
- Glue
- Food Coloring
- Water
- Bowls
- Cardboard
Instructions
- Glue the cotton balls on the cardboard in the shape of a snowflake.
- Fill different bowls with water and add food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
- Using the eye dropper, add different colors to each of the cotton balls to create a rainbow snowflake.
- Let the rainbow snowflake dry and then put your creation on display.
*This activity requires adult supervision, as cotton balls could be a choking hazard.
