Our goal is to make the interview process easy and enjoyable. After you submit an application, a member of our talent acquisition team will contact you to discuss which position and location will be the best fit for you. We will then schedule an on-site meeting with childcare directors or other school staff.
You must pass a background study before you can begin work at New Horizon Academy. The background check will take place on your first day of employment.

Every classroom has a daily schedule that includes exploratory play, group time, small group learning, outside play, and rest times.
